Our delivery team can carry large appliances to any floor however you will need to let us know before hand if you have access difficulties. Some very large items, like American fridge freezers and range cookers may be delivered to a doorstep or garage however you can check this with our team.

Most of our delivery partners will give you a timeslot on the day of the delivery. This is usually a window ranging from one to four hours, depending on the courier.

f your item arrives damaged you can refuse to accept the delivery; just sign the driver's delivery sheet 'damaged', then contact us to let us know. This way, the courier can return it, and we can quickly dispatch a replacement.

If you notice the damage after accepting your delivery, please get in touch and we'll talk you through the next steps.

We work with various couriers and suppliers, so if you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately. You'll receive a tracking code for each consignment to know when to expect your deliveries.

We'll send you an email, text or call the morning your order has been dispatched allocating you a 1-3 hour time slot on your chosen delivery date . You can also check your order status and tracking details in your account. Deliveries take place between 7 am and 7 pm. And most of our couriers provide this specific timeslot on the day.

We'll always endeavour to deliver to your room of choice. If the item has to go upstairs however, our team will review if it is safe to do so. If it wouldn't be safe to take the item upstairs, our team will offer to complete a doorstep delivery.

If your appliance stops working as a result of an unforeseen event, we will send an experienced engineer from our UK-wide network straight to your doorstep. Our trusted engineers will do the best they can to fix your appliance but if the item is deemed beyond economical repair, depending on the age of your appliance at policy inception, we will contribute towards a like-for-like replacement based on the specification of your original item.

Our Appliance cover policies protect you in the event of a breakdown including mechanical and electrical issues as well as parts & labour. The contents within your fridge-freezer/freezer or clothing in your washing machine are not covered with appliance cover.

Our price match promise on appliance cover plans means that if you can find the same cover level at a lower price elsewhere we will match it up to 14 days after your purchase date, subject to terms and conditions.
